A watercolour depicting the serenity of Oxford’s Botanic Garden. Koi swim just below the surface of the round pond and the garden stretches into the distance through a pair of stone arches.
Margaret Waller was a mid-century artist and Fellow of the Institute of Arts and Letters.
Condition: generally good; a little spotting to the sky. ‘FIAL’ added to signature later.
