Graphis is a renowned international journal of visual communication and graphic arts, founded in 1944 in Zurich, Switzerland by Walter Herdeg and Dr. Walter Amstutz. Emerging during a period of growing international exchange in design, Graphis became a pioneering platform for showcasing excellence in graphic design, advertising, illustration, and photography across the globe.

This cover design for Graphis International Posters features a minimalist composition with a stylised wireframe globe, accompanied by the flags of the world protruding from the globe on horizontal flag poles. Gibbs makes use of a bold typeface, creating blue shadows that contrast the yellow fill colour of the writing.
