St Augustine’s Watling Street was first recorded in the 12th century, destroyed by the Great Fire of London in 1666 and then rebuilt as part of Christopher Wren’s rebuilding of London. During the Second World War it was again destroyed, and the tower – restored in 1954 – is now a part of St Paul’s Cathedral Choir School.

Condition: slight toning to sheet and some discolouration to margins.
