Flushed with success form winning the war, there was no part of human life where the Ministry of Information  (or, as here, the Ministry of Health) could not improve things with a Fougasse leaflet. The reader is exhorted to “Try to avoid discussing worrying subjects at meal-times” or to “try walking at least part of the way to or from work.” This is perfect for framing for a doctor’s waiting room!
